General terms and conditions of sale

Prices

The prices in this catalog are quoted in Swiss francs, net, including Swiss VAT and are guaranteed. Items with a warranty are subject to the terms of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the article, as evidenced by the accompanying document (invoice) which we ask you to keep carefully. Not covered: damage due to improper maintenance, failure to follow the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.

International orders (outside Switzerland)

Taxes and other customs charges incurred in your country of residence will not be covered by H992.

Availability

Our delivery commitment is void in case of failure or non-compliance with the supply deadlines by our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to H992. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Methods of payment

Payment methods: TWINT or Stripe (credit cards).

Delivery and transport

Available items are shipped by mail within approximately 2 to 3 days.
H992 does not deliver to P.O. Boxes and does not deliver to minors or guardians, unless authorized in writing by the parent or guardian.

Return or exchange of goods

The items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with the labels containing their references), accompanied by the delivery slip, within 14 days of receiving your package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are at your charge.

Legal guarantee

Check the delivered goods immediately for obvious material and manufacturing defects as well as for transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy it.

Data protection

All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be the subject of a data-processing treatment and can be communicated to associated companies within the framework of the management of the order.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be handled by the Regional Court of the “Montagnes“ and Val-de-Ruz of the Canton of Neuchâtel.
